Name a Puppy @ School

Give a tiny puppy their first gift - a name. You’ll also be giving a blind or partially sighted person a brighter future.

Why we need your help...

There are around 360,000 people who are blind and partially sighted in the UK. The guide dog service helps around 4,500 people to get to where they want to be – but it receives no government funding and the lifetime cost of a guide dog is around £50,000.

How can we Name a Puppy @ School?

child posing with guide dog and mobility instructorRaise either £1,500 or £2,500 depending on which of the two levels you wish to choose from (full details can be found in the Name a Puppy @ school leaflet) and then decide what you will call your puppy!

Once you’ve reached your target, we’ll put your name forward ready for when your puppy is born. Guide Dogs will choose your special puppy and once he or she is around 6 weeks old we’ll send you a beautiful photograph. We’ll also arrange for you to meet your puppy when they’re old enough.

If you find fundraising so much fun that you want to keep going once you’ve named your puppy you can!
